1 Acceptance of Terms

YY888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and any associated withdrawal requests pending review.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your YY888 account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any one-time codes used to access your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify YY888 support immediately. YY888 cannot be held responsible for losses or activity that occurs as a result of your credentials being shared, compromised or stolen prior to a report being made.

• Keep your password secure and do not store it in an easily accessible location on a shared device.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Do not allow other people to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your PKR balance.
• Ensure your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible to you, as these may be used for verification purposes.

YY888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or otherwise hand over your account or any balance within it to another individual.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at YY888 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name — deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted.

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within the Deposit section of your account. YY888 does not charge additional fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within 2–5 minutes of confirmation.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Deposits that do not reflect in your balance after the expected processing window should be reported to support with your transaction reference number.
• YY888 reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative verification if the source of funds cannot be confirmed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. YY888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different payment method than the one on record for your account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must be verified. YY888 may request a copy of your CNIC or other identification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain value.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed in full. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations, fraud flags or policy violations pending review.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your chosen payment method, as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

Processing times for approved withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster than bank transfer requests. YY888 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may extend during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

YY888 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and rewards as part of its regular promotions and VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time a promotion is made available:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance once the qualifying deposit or action has been completed as specified.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and are not redeemable for cash directly — only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement and meet minimum withdrawal conditions can be withdrawn.
• YY888 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus if evidence of abuse, exploitation or misuse is detected.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your balance. Real money funds are used first in most game categories unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

VIP-tier bonuses and cashback rewards are subject to the terms of the YY888 VIP programme as outlined on the VIP page. VIP status and associated rewards are determined by your activity across all game categories on the platform.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on YY888 are final once confirmed. This applies to Sports Betting — including Cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals and Football — as well as all casino game rounds across Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to review your stake and selection before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-game or mid-round, YY888 will investigate the incident and, where possible, reconstruct the game state to determine the fair outcome. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet or round may be voided and the stake returned.
• For Sports Betting, markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results as determined by the ICC or the relevant board overseeing the match. PSL results are determined by the PCB.
• YY888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and live dealer procedures. All results are final once the dealing round or spin is completed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game interface before any stake is confirmed.

Fish Games and Bingo follow their own specific game mechanics and prize structures, which are displayed within each game. By entering a Fish Game room or purchasing Bingo cards, you confirm your understanding of the rules applicable to that game type.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on YY888. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical assistance to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards or unauthorised mobile wallets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain.

YY888 employs fraud detection tools that monitor account behaviour continuously. Accounts flagged for unusual activity will be reviewed internally. During a review, withdrawals from the flagged account may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
